2. Use of Service

Plantster provides AI-powered plant identification and care recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, our AI analysis results should be considered informative and not as professional agricultural or botanical advice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your app store account settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload to Plantster. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use these photos solely for the purpose of providing and improving our plant analysis services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Plantster at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
